“Koshu Wine Beef” was born from the desire of livestock farmers in Yamanashi Prefecture to “create sustainable, high-quality beef by utilizing wine by-products.” With a history of over 40 years, it is a highly regarded brand of beef both inside and outside Yamanashi Prefecture.

Its greatest feature is its fine meat quality and subtle sweetness. The polyphenols from the grape pomace transfer to the fat, making it clean and easy on the stomach. Rich in umami components (amino acids), you can fully enjoy the deep, natural flavor of the lean meat.

Luxuriously uses Yamanashi’s proud brand of beef, “Koshu Wine Beef”. The tender meat and the umami that spreads as it simmers melt into the noodles and soup. This is our most popular premium topping.

Plan B
Oysters

Topped with oysters that have a rich umami flavor. Adds richness and depth to the soup, creating a bowl that warms you to your core. Recommended for the winter season or those who value umami.

Abalone

Uses abalone, characterized by its crisp texture and elegant ocean aroma. Instantly transforms your Hoto, Soba, or Udon into a “special bowl”. Perfect for anniversaries or a rewarding experience.

Flavor Change Arrange Hoto

Based on the regular vegetable hoto, you can arrange the flavor and ingredients for an additional ¥250.

  • Spicy Rich Kimchi Jjigae Hoto (+¥250)
    A flavor change arrangement based on the regular vegetable hoto, adding plenty of pork, mushrooms, and kimchi. Adds the richness and spiciness of kimchi based on the umami of pork and mushrooms. The umami and volume are upgraded from the regular vegetable hoto. The flavor of kimchi jjigae overlaps with the miso-style hoto, making it a bowl that warms you to the core. Recommended for “those who want a kick in their usual hoto”.
  • Pumpkin Tomato Cheese Hoto (+¥250)
    A Western-style arrangement of the regular vegetable hoto, adding extra pumpkin, tomato, and cheese. Adds the acidity of tomato and the richness of cheese to the sweet pumpkin. Transforms Japanese hoto into a new sensation, almost like a Western stew. A gentle and rich arrangement popular with children and women.

Q. How long does the experience take?

A. We expect it to take about 90-120 minutes (including cooking, eating, and explanation).

Q. Can small children participate?

A. Children aged 5 and over can participate. It’s also perfect for a parent-child experience.

Q. Can I participate without a reservation?

A. Same-day reservations are possible if there is availability, but advance reservations are recommended.

Q. Do you speak English?

A. We have staff who can provide guidance in simple English. However, since it is not native-level support, if you are accompanied by an interpreter, we would appreciate their assistance.

Q. What if I can’t drink wine?

A. Please don’t worry, we will provide Yamanashi grape juice.

Q. Is it held even on rainy days?

A. Because it is held in an indoor facility, you can participate without any problems even in rainy weather.

Q. Can I make a group reservation?

A. Yes, we accept group reservations for up to 80 people.

Q. Can you accommodate allergies?

A. We will accommodate them as much as possible if you consult with us in advance.

A. Cash, Credit Cards (VISA/MASTER/AMEX), and PayPay are accepted.
