Hoto is a beloved local dish made by simmering thick wheat noodles with seasonal vegetables in a miso-based soup.
For groups of 20 or more, hoto is served in shared pots — several guests gather around one pot and simmer it together at the table.
About Our Plans
Every set plan comes with a side dish (simmered hijiki seaweed) and a drink (Koshu wine or Yamanashi grape juice).
Premium plans also include abalone rice and kuromitsu kinako mochi (brown-sugar soybean-flour mochi).
* For Yakiniku Premium, the white rice is upgraded to abalone rice.
* Hoto a la carte is served on its own (no side dish or drink).

About Hoto
Deliciousness of Hoto
The deliciousness of hoto comes from its rich, full-bodied miso soup and wonderfully chewy noodles. Natural sweetness from the vegetables melts into the broth, blending beautifully with the miso to create a deep, satisfying flavor. The pumpkin grows even sweeter as it simmers.
Nutritional Value
Full of assorted vegetables to balance vitamins and minerals safely.
